Apparently dying "peacefully" in your sleep isnt as peaceful as you might think. I read an article about it once and it said you actually stop breathing and suffocate, most likely waking up in the process. Not very nice. Also, dont kill yourself, you are punishing others not yourself. x
& dehydrating is e best way ? coz i tink takin pills wont hlp ..
